How to Schedule Your Cat's Behavior Consult
Getting started is easy! Here’s how to book your session:
- Your primary veterinarian submits the Veterinary Referral Form online, and the Bite-Sized Behavior Consult form is automatically sent to you.
- You'll fill out and submit the Bite-Sized Behavior Consult online form so we can get to know your cat's specific needs.
- Once we receive the form, our client care coordinator will reach out to schedule your appointment. The consult price is $295 which must be prepaid when scheduling, with a $150 non-refundable fee.
- During the consult, we’ll share strategies to manage your cat’s behavior, enhance the bond between you and your feline friend, and guide you in finding an appropriate trainer if needed.
- After the session, you’ll receive a summary along with educational resources. Your veterinarian will get necessary medication recommendations and recheck schedules if required.
To keep these consults accessible, we don’t offer direct follow-up with clients following the appointment; your primary veterinarian will provide ongoing support, including implementing any medication plans. If your cat’s response is not as expected, we may suggest a referral for a Veterinary Behavior Health Assessment to explore their needs further.
