Calming Techniques: We employ a range of calming techniques, including the use of pheromones and gentle handling practices, to reduce anxiety during exams and procedures. Our aim is to create a serene atmosphere where your cat feels safe.
Sedation Options: For cats requiring more support, we offer sedation during procedures. This can make routine tasks—like blood draws, vaccinations, and grooming—much easier for you and your feline friend.
Comprehensive Care Plans: After the initial consult, you will receive a detailed care plan outlining our findings and recommendations. This includes strategies to make future vet visits more comfortable and any necessary behavior modification techniques.
Vet Care We Can Perform with Sedation
With our Veterinary Care Recovery Program, your cat can undergo a variety of procedures in a more relaxed state, including:
- Physical exams
- Labwork (blood, urine, and other sample collection)
- Vaccinations (core vaccines)
- Nail trims
- Hair or mat clipping
- Ear cleaning
- Home Again microchip implantation
For more complex or emergency cases, we'll refer you to your primary vet, a specialist, or an emergency clinic. This includes care like:
- Wound treatment
- Emergency procedures
- Gastrointestinal issues (vomiting, diarrhea)
- Radiographs or ultrasounds
- Dental procedures
How to Schedule Your Cat’s Vet Care Consult
Ready to help your dog feel more at ease with vet care? Here’s how to get started:
- Fill out and submit our Vet Care Consult Form so we can better understand your cat's specific needs.
- Our client care coordinator will reach out to schedule your consultation. The consult price is $295 which must be prepaid when scheduling, with a $150 non-refundable fee.
- Attend your consult and let us guide your cat on the path to calmer, more pleasant vet visits.
